Sign Documents Using Your Certificates
Desktop applications for signing documents and files with X.509 digital certificates, smart cards and USB tokens. Each product handles one document format, and all of them can sign many files at once, which makes them suitable for signing large volumes of corporate documents.
PDF Signer
PDF Signer digitally signs PDF documents using X.509 digital certificates. You can sign many PDF files at once (bulk signing) by selecting an input and an output folder, which is ideal for large numbers of corporate documents that would otherwise be signed one by one.
P7S Signer
P7S Signer signs files of any type in PKCS#7 format. You can sign many files at once by selecting an input and an output folder, which is ideal for bulk signing of corporate files. The signed files are saved in PKCS#7 format, with the .p7s or .p7m extension.
XML Signer (XAdES)
XML Signer digitally signs XML documents using X.509 digital certificates. It supports the XAdES signature format and the SHA-256 algorithm.
ASiC Signer (ASiC-E)
ASiC Signer signs files of any type in ASiC-E containers (.asice) with XAdES signatures, using X.509 digital certificates, smart cards and USB tokens. ASiC-E is the format used in the European Union for advanced and qualified electronic signatures under the eIDAS Regulation. The XAdES-B-LT and XAdES-B-LTA levels, with timestamps and renewable archive timestamps, keep signed files verifiable for many years, which makes them ideal for the long-term storage of contracts and accounting documents. You can sign a whole folder, or each file of a folder in its own container (bulk signing), co-sign existing containers and verify them with the included ASiC Viewer.
DOCX Signer
DOCX Signer digitally signs Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents (DOCX, XLSX, PPTX) using X.509 digital certificates, smart cards and USB tokens. The signatures are the native digital signatures of Microsoft Office, with visible signature lines, multiple signers and timestamping. You can sign many Office files at once (bulk signing) by selecting an input and an output folder.
